When a monthly subscription doesn’t appear as billing, please check if:

Date filters are correctly set

Subscriptions were planned to appear on billing at 1st day of each month (September 1st, October 1st etc.). If the selected date range does not include the 1st day of the month when the invoice is issued, the subscription will not appear on the billing. To correct, please change the date filters.

Subscription has already been billed

Even if we don’t wish for this, it is possible, by mistake, to bill your subscription a month earlier - if, for example, you issue the invoice in September, and include by mistake the October subscription (included in the date filter also the October 1st). Because of this, your October subscription is already billed, and when you try to bill it from October 1 to October 31, you will not find anything.

To correct this, please identify the invoice that included your subscription in advance. You can check which subscription has been billed in the invoice annex screen.

The Project is not active

Subscription begins to run from project opening date (see Opened On tab). If this date is set to September 15, the subscription will start running from October 1 upwards. To correct, change the opening date to include September 1.
