How to add or remove users and features in your subscription

  1. To add a new user in your subscription go to Configurations > Subscription > click Edit and increase the number of users. Click Save.

  2. You can choose to pay annual when you upgrade to a paid plan or switch from paying monthly to annual at any time. You’ll automatically save 10%! 

  3. To switch to yearly payment from your current monthly plan go to Configurations > Subscription > check the Yearly box from Payment frequency. Click Save. 

  4. In the Subscription section you can change the Add-ons for you subscription. 

Note: Additional fees shall be invoiced immediately. For downgrades, a credit note shall be issued, applicable exclusively for the use of KeyVision.
