Templates allow you to quickly generate a document, from KeyVision, based on a predefined template.

You can access the templates list at Settings / System / Document templates (or click here)

This features is using Word as a template editor, so all you have to do is to use you existing Word document and replace the dynamic text with keywords

The full keyword list is available in the template screen, so you can easily check them out and fill in your template. See screenshot below:

Once you add the templates, they are available in the respective screens, e.g. Contracts, under Actions / New document from template.
