How to issue invoice for claims expenses

STEP 1

Add an Claim Expense (see How to add claims expenses).

STEP 2

Go to Invoices -> click Issue Invoice -> in the Issue Invoice for tab select Claims Expenses -> Issue Invoice.

Calculation rules for the settlement invoice:

• In the invoice is taken the value with VAT of the expense settlement

• Over this value applies the standard VAT rate of the expenses
