What to do if the invoice is already issued and you just want to add more timesheets

STEP 1

Go to Invoices

STEP 2

Click the View button, on the right side of your invoice -> click Annex button -> click Add Timesheet.ย 

In the window shown you can see all the timesheets available. You can filter by project, period, attorney, and timesheet status (draft, not billed, sent for billing, on-hold).

STEP 3

Select the timesheets you want to add to the invoice annex and click Save

If the invoice is in Draft, it will be recalculated. Else, if the invoice is validated and readonly, this new timesheet will just be linked to the invoice.
